Return & Refund Policy
At Auscent, we want you to be happy with your purchase. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the purchase date must be within 15 days of your return request.
To start a return, contact us at theauscent@gmail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for sending the parcel back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Products damaged by the customer cannot be returned unless there’s proof they arrived damaged. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, discounted products, or customized items made specifically for you.
For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted. A 35% charge based on your original invoice will apply for exchanges.
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect your returned item. If approved, 30% will be deducted from the original amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method. Refunds can take 3–12 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
